Get a faster answer
To help us help you quickly, include:
- The name of the app you're using.
- Your device and iOS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18).
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you can.
Billing & subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions for our apps are handled by Apple through your App Store account. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem page. If something still isn't right, email us and we'll do our best to help.
